It's been a while since Jordan Brand has released a Defining Moments Pack. The original, featuring Air Jordans 6 and 11, dropped in 2006. Six years later, Jordan's Olympic success was saluted with the Golden Moments Pack. Now, according to zSneakerHeadz, the concept is returning this year, commemorating Jordan's final season with the Chicago Bulls.
The rumored 2017 Defining Moments Pack would include the Air Jordan 13 and Air Jordan 14 — worn by His Airness en route to a sixth and final NBA championship. According to the tweets, the shoes will be packaged in a box bearing a print of the play Phil Jackson drew up for Jordan's "Last Shot." While details on the shoes are unknown, zSneakerheads believes the black and gold box could be an indication that the shoes will follow the same scheme.
As of now, there's not a confirmed release date for his rumored pack, but it's expected to drop sometime in June. We'll continue to follow the story as it develops.
