Like Stephen Curry, it appears that Damian Lillard is using his sneakers to pay a direct tribute to the Bay Area.
Lillard, Oakland born and raised, will see his adidas D Lillard 2 released in a colorway that seems to draw inspiration from the Oakland Athletics baseball team. Though the theme is unconfirmed at the moment, the green, yellow an white scheme syncs up perfectly with the team's famous palette.
