Just as its done in years past, Nike is commemorating the upcoming Chinese New Year with another Air Force 1 release.

We first previewed these AF1s back in July and it appears Nike is finally ready to bring them to retail. This latest edition of the AF1 is an all-white leather offering adorned with traditional Chinese symbols. Embroidered on the tongue is a lotus flower while koi fish grace the lateral heels of the shoe. On the shoe's back heel, "Nai Ke" is featured in Chinese characters while a graphic of a baby graces the insole. The shoe ties in perfectly to last year's Nike Air Foamposte One "Tianjin" and if it's as exclusive as its predecessor, then copping could prove to be difficult.

No official release date has been made available, but Nike Blog is reporting the shoe should hit retail at some point in mid-January. Stay tuned.
