Since its debut during NBA All-Star Weekend in February, adidas' Xeno tech has been used on everything from O.G. silhouettes like the Pro Model to more modern styles like the ZX Flux. Now, the light-reactive technology continues to be at the forefront of innovation with the debut of these new sustainable colorways.
You read that correctly — the adidas ZX Flux "Xeno Negative" pack is actually environmentally friendly thanks to its recycled construction, which uses leftover materials from previous "Xeno" sneakers to create three unique colorways that highlight the border around the scales.
This is a noticeable departure from previous "Xeno" releases, which used the reflective technology directly on the scales, but it's an eye-catching look regardless. This latest pack will be offered in red, blue, and green-based makeups.
Priced at $120 apiece, the ZX Flux "Xeno Negative" range will arrive at select adidas Originals retailers on December 11.
