A piece of sneaker history has made its way to the 'Gram courtesy of user gallery2shibuya.

The post consists of a pair of Michael Jordan's game-worn Air Jordan IX Cleats which he wore during the 1994 season with the Birmingham Barons as he chased his dream of playing Major League Baseball. While knowledge of Jordan wearing these cleats is fairly common knowledge amongst sneaker enthusiasts, seeing an actual pair is still pretty incredible considering the age and rarity of the shoe.

In addition, gallery also posted additional cleated heat in the form of game-worn pairs of former New York Yankees captain and Jordan Brand athlete Derek Jeter's Air Jordans. Featured in the image are PE versions of the Air Jordan VI and Air Jordan XIV both of which feature Jeter's #2.

All three pairs are set to be on display at the upcoming Sneaker Fes 2015 in Tokyo. If you happen to be in that neck of the woods, you might want to check the show out and sneaker history.
