Michigan retailer Premier is paying homage to its state's rich 20th century automobile manufacturing history with a premium New Balance MiUSA 998.
The silhouette's black and tan colorway references the black chassis and gold grill front panel seen on classic automobiles while the use of a printed quilted leather seat on the insole and the branded key and license plate key chain further tells the shoe's story. Considering the clean appearance and two-tone color blocking of the shoe, New Balance fans are sure to gravitate to this dope collaboration.
Fans can expect to pick these up beginning Saturday, August 22, when the shoe is scheduled to drop exclusively at Premier. A global, yet limited, release is set to follow on Saturday, September 5 at select New Balance retailers. Retail is set at $220.
