The three key suspects in the Nike "Look See" scandal have been indicted on federal grand jury charges of conspiracy to transport, receive, and sell stolen goods.
Former Nike employees Tung Ho and Kyle Yamaguchi, along with Jason Keating, are the central figures in the scandal which shocked the entire sneaker community. In addition to the charges mentioned, Ho also faces counts of wire fraud, Yamaguchi faces charges of interstate transportation of stolen goods, and Keating faces another stolen goods charge. Keating, the only party arrested thus far, is scheduled to make a court appearance on July 19 in U.S. District Court in Portland.
Mentioned in the indictment was the $680,000 paid by Keating to Yamaguchi for over 630 pairs of sneakers during the time span of September 2012 through March 2014.
