Rise is one of New York City's newest sneaker boutiques, but it has already tackled the challenge of its first sneaker collaboration. And the collab pays tribute to the city it's located in. Dubbed "New York Is for Lovers," the project uses the Fila Cage and gives it a mostly red upper made from buttery suede.
NY is placed on a heart on the sneaker's tongue, and "New York" and "Lovers" are put on the insoles. The release date is scheduled for Friday, June 27, 2014.
