By now, most of you already know the outcome of the Manny Pacquiao, Timothy Bradley rematch which took place last night. If you don't, you can read about it here.
While most of the sporting world spent the evening focused on the actual fight, sneakerheads might have taken a moment or two trying to figure out what boots both fighters were wearing. Wonder no more, both Pacquaio and Bradley were rocking the Nike HyperKO Boxing Boot. Nike officially announced the boot back in June of 2012 just in time for "Pac-Man's" first meeting with "Desert Storm." The boots primary features are the lockdown strap in the forefoot and the use of Flywire technology.
With talk earlier this year in the sneaker community on whether or not heads could pull off the Nike Kobe 9 Elite off the court, how many heads would actually consider rocking these boots outside of a gym? Considering the state of fashion these days, it wouldn't be that surprising to see these on the streets.
