We’ve already written about Bartkira, the on-going fan project to redraw the entire manga of Akira with Simpsons characters (the original manga is over 2,000 pages long, and they’re still going, btw).
Now they’ve turned their attention to the incredible 1988 anime adaption. They’ve re-created the trailer to the film, shot-for-shot, with the inhabitants of Springfield taking all the roles.
