Steven Seagal's Thoughts on NFL Protests Might Be Worse Than the Movies He Starred In

Steven Seagal also showed off a great example of what a really bad dye job looks like.

Despite no one caring what he thinks about anything, an actor most known for starring in some of the worst movies of all time has shared his thoughts on the ongoing #TakeAKnee protests. Steven Seagal, whose 2016 film Contract to Kill featured what critic Ignatiy Vishnevetsky brilliantly described as "the kind of performance traditionally associated with stars who died during filming," vomited these thoughts on Good Morning Britain Wednesday. Fittingly, Good Morning Britain is a series co-hosted by the equally abhorrent Piers Morgan.

Seagal, whose last fling with headlines involved Vladimir Putin granting him Russian citizenship, was first asked to share his thoughts on Trump. You can probably predict every single word of Seagal's response, but here's an excerpt anyway:

We have these, you know, Democrats that have this whole other agenda to, kind of, um, when I say Democrats, it's not just the Democrats, but there are this whole group of leftover Obama-ites and people who feel that they should really sort of kind of overthrow Trump, and any decisions he makes and anything that he tries to do, he gets blocked so often from, you know, sort of the enemies within, so it's very difficult for him to do anything.

Inevitably, Seagal's response prompted Morgan to ask (at around the 1:40 mark in the video up top) about the #TakeAKnee protests. "I believe in free speech," Seagal said before immediately criticizing people for exercising that exact freedom. "I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But I don't agree that they should hold the United States of America or the world hostage by taking a venue where people are tuning in to watch a football game and, you know, imposing their political views. I think it's outrageous. I think it's a joke. It's disgusting. You know, I respect the American flag and I myself have risked my life countless times for the American flag and I don’t understand or agree with this kind of behavior."

If reading and/or watching that had you thinking "fuck this guy," then welcome to the party.

Seeing as Steven Seagal is trending, now seems like a good time to drag this beauty back out.

Steven Seagal has moved to Russia it seems. He's also started using boot polish for his hair and little beard. Fair play.
