A Florida woman was arrested and charged with battery domestic violence after police say she attacked and chased her boyfriend down the street in his underwear because he refused to have sex with her.
It all started when the woman, 34-year-old Stacey Ortiz, and her boyfriend returned home after drinking at a friend's house. He wanted to watch TV, she wanted to have sex - an argument ensued. Instead of talking it over like logical, mature adults, though, Ortiz opted to attack him. The boyfriend ran, and Ortiz allegedly smashed the windshield of his car with a metal mop handle and chased after him in the street while he was in his underwear. That'll set the mood.
Ortiz was arrested, and, after questioning, deemed the "primary aggressor" in the dispute by cops.
