Jimmy Fallon's out as host of the next Academy Awards show - and now, it looks like Saturday Night Live mastermind Lorne Michaels is out as producer as well. According to Vulture, Michaels rejected ABC's offer to produce the ceremony after they turned down his suggestion for host, none other than Fallon. This is somewhat disappointing news, considering Michaels' background in producing solid live television is perfect for the Oscars ceremony, which, over the years, seems to have gained a record of consistently disappointing in quality.
With Michaels out, who do you think should produce this year's ceremony?
