After his comments about Asian business-owners in his community - "we got to do something about these Asians coming in and opening up businesses and dirty shops," - former Washington D.C. mayor, current Councilman, and former crack-smoker Marion Barry is in a bit of hot water. As in, a lot, because that was an awful thing for him to say.
He's now come out and apologized for his remarks, though he's done it in the most half-assed, insincere way possible. According to the New York Daily News:
