Beating Beyoncé at anything seems like a long shot for most of us, but Kylie Jenner found a way to pull it off somehow when her latest Instagram post garnered 14 million likes, making it the most liked post on the photo-sharing app, according to Entertainment Weekly. The youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan shared the official announcement of her and Travis Scott's newborn daughter, Stormi, and racked up the millions of likes within days, inching it 2 million likes ahead of the flowery maternity shoot Beyoncé posted last February to announce her pregnancy with twins Rumi and Sir.

Kylie, along with the rest of her family, tends to track her every move on social media, which is why her unusual silence during her pregnancy likely made the eventual reveal such a huge deal. She shared an initial post with an apologetic caption explaining her reasoning for keeping the pregnancy off social media before also sharing a clip of the 10-minute video she posted to document her 9-month journey. She finally shared a closeup of her holding onto the baby girl's tiny hand and revealing her name, Stormi, and the post climbed to 14 million likes in under 24 hours.

Beyoncé's previous record-holding post got over 11 million likes in 2017, when she announced her pregnancy with Blue Ivy Carter's youngest siblings. “We would like to share our love and happiness," the caption read. "We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes.”
