Based out of Jersey, Sugar and Plumm is taking its chicken and waffles (and bacon and waffle milkshakes and burgers and eggs Benedict and virtually every other gut-bombing delight) to the Upper West Side with a new location opening tomorrow.
The spot on 377 Amsterdam Avenue has come under attack (even though it hasn't opened) by area parents worried about childhood obesity.
