There's a strong case to be made for women who are not only physically attractive but also intelligent, powerful, and paid. When argued by the many fine female lawyers from movies and television who fit that profile, there's no way a jury would ever vote in favor of the no-brains bombshell.
One of the finest case-makers on TV now is Damages' Ellen Parsons, played by stunning Australian beauty Rose Byrne (Bridesmaids, X-Men: First Class). On the thrilling and dramatic crime series, Parsons has battled all sorts of corrupt businessmen, their goons, and even her onetime boss, the ruthless litigator Patty Hewes (Glenn Close). Despite the pressures she bears, she always maintains her exquisite looks. (We never said we don't care about the superficial!)
With Damages back for its fifth and final season on the Audience Network Wednesday nights at 9 p.m., Complex makes the case on our own, presenting exhibits A through Y: The 25 Hottest Lawyers in Movies and Television. We find them all guilty of being gorgeous, so lock 'em up straight away!
