A New York City can driver who stands accused of sexually harassing a female passenger has been stripped of his license by the TLC. The New York Post reports that 22-year-old Mirza Baig was giving the woman a ride home from LaGuardia Airport in March when he questions about her boyfriend snowballed into a creepy conversation filled with inappropriate questions.

After asking if she was going to her boyfriend's house and "who she would be sleeping with" that night, Baig reportedly suggested that they "get together." The woman said she gave Baig a 15 to 20 percent tip, all because she didn't want to piss him off. He continued with his douchebag approach, informing her that she had a "real nice ass" as she was entering her apartment. Dude really knows the way to a woman's heart.

Though Baig's attorney, Cynthia Fisher, claimed he was simply flirting, administrative law judge Tynia Richard dropped the guillotine on him after determining that his behavior was "unprofessional, crude and offensive."
