It's already been established that it's really fucking cold in the Midwest, but what's happened to Lake Michigan will blow your mind. This video, filmed in Glen Arbor, Mich., shows ice boulders that have washed ashore by Lake Michigan. It's literally so cold that small chunks of ice have formed in the water, then grown "layer-by-layer" until they made their way to the Lake Michigan shore.
It's amazing, even though it'll make you cold just watching it.
