In a puzzling series of events, Bill Isles of Wichita was struck in the head by a bolt of lightning after purchasing three Mega Millions tickets on Thursday night. Isles wasn't seriously injured, but may have issues with his memory.
The odds of winning the lottery are one in 175 million, while the odds are being struck by lightning are one in 835,000. Isles is officially a statistic.
