This coming weekend, Bushwick will get its very first ice cream parlor. Evergreen Ice Cream Co. (144 Evergreen Ave.) will sling an assortment of flavors, which will change by the day. Flavors will be listed on a chalkboard that rests by the counter, along with the prices. A cone with a single scoop will go for $3, while a double-scoop will run you $5; waffle cones will cost you and extra dollar.
Mastermind Francisco Garcia says he plans on serving sodas and sandwiches in the future, but for right now, fans should be quite satisfied with ice cream.
