It’s no secret that Magneto is one of the most powerful mutants in the X-Men world, but, for the most part, the movie series hasn’t shown him fully unleash his potential. Well, until now, that is. In this new clip from X-Men: Days of Future Past, Magneto (Michael Fassbender) is shown ripping a baseball stadium out from its foundation and levitating it off the ground.
This feat of strength easily puts his mangling of the Golden Gate Bridge from X-Men: The Last Stand in the rearview mirror in terms of his most impressive acts. What do you do with a stadium dangling over a city? Well if the trailers are any indication, Magneto has some nasty ideas in store for humanity with it.
Check out X-Men: Days of Future Past in theaters on May 23.
