Mega Man X, Pokemon, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and more nods to the Super Nintendo era abound in the new Snoop Lion joint featuring Major Lazer, "Get Away".
While this is far from the first time that Snoop has dabbled in the realm of video games. His last foray, Way of the Dogg, was..confusing at best. But Snoop's pedigree also includes True Crime: Streets of LA, Def Jam: Fight for NY, and Tekken Tag Tournament 2, so the occasional vanity project is something we can overlook.
Major Lazer, as usual, slays.
