While almost everyone is raving over Jennifer Lopez's new engagement to Alex Rodriguez, a few outliers have attempted to cast doubt on their relationship. However, on Wednesday, J.Lo stopped by The Breakfast Club to address these "haters."
After praising Lopez on her recent love connection, Charlamagne Tha God asked J.Lo's feelings on former-MLB superstar Jose Canseco's claims that A-Rod cheated on her.
"I mean it doesn't matter," Lopez said at the 29:20 mark. "I know what the truth is. I know who [Alex Rodriguez] is. He knows who I am. We're just happy. We're not gonna let other people come out and tell us what our relationship is. I know what our relationship is."
Shortly after the couple announced their engagement, Canseco took to Twitter with allegations that A-Rod was cheating on his new fiancee with Canseco's ex-wife. In Canseco's Twitter rant he claims that he witnessed Rodriguez call his former-spouse Jessica while also challenging A-Rod to a "boxing match or an MMA match." Jessica Canseco quickly took to her social media where she denied the affair stating, "Those false accusations Jose is making are not true!"
In addition to Canseco's antics, Lopez also touched on her previous relationships. This includes her involvement with music mogul Puff Daddy who caught some heat from Alex Rodriguez over a suggestive Instagram comment he left under one of Lopez's pictures.
"He wrote Alex after that and apologized," Lopez explained. "He was like, 'I didn't mean it. I have nothing but respect for you guys. I'm happy for you guys...' You know, we were together so many years ago. We were kids."
