With a total Snowpocalypse bearing down on the northeast, kids everywhere are bracing for a snow day on Tuesday.
If you’re in upstate New York or Vermont, you might want to pump the brakes.
According to this chart, it’s going to take over two feet of snow to get you out of school. So even if you get caught in a blizzard on your way to class, that’s not going to be a legit excuse. Tough it out.
On the opposite end of “tough it out” is the south, where if so much as a flake hits the ground, it’s all over. Shutter-up-the-windows, hide-the-women-and-children, End of Days type stuff. Anarchy in the streets.
One thing is for sure right now, though: anybody living in New York and New England would gladly trade places with pretty much anybody else in the country right about now.
