Chris Rock isn’t much into standup these days, but he came out with a vintage performance last night at the BET Awards. Among his targets: Kevin Hart, Oprah, and (of course) Donald Sterling.
He hasn’t done a standup special in five years, but you can hardly tell. The tone, style, and types of jokes are all signature Rock, and we could not be happier. It’s been too long.
He can clearly still bring it, as you can tell from the monologue above. Enjoy:
