You’d think it would be fairly terrifying if Bane crashed your wedding, right? The Dark Knight Rises villain—played by Tom Hardy—was not exactly the sentimental type, and seemed to take a little too much pleasure from killing other people. He’d be welcome at a Game of Thrones wedding, but a standard one? No thanks.
For one couple, though, the timing of their 2011 Pittsburgh wedding meant that a certain anarchist was stationed right outside the church, causing all kinds of mayhem. He also photobombed a picture intended to be of the bridesmaids, as you can see above. He definitely gets points for the double-handed wave, though.
As the Redditor who posted the photos pointed out, though, having a shootout filmed near your wedding is less than ideal. “It basically caused a lot of inconvenience for [the bride and groom] and their guests,” he said “as there were explosions and gunfire on the street during their wedding.”
It’s totally cool, though, because after the wedding this happened:
No word on whether they got to keep the car, but we're assuming Bane at least let them go.
