A Ranking of the ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 4 Couples, From Worst to Best

The biggest question surrounding this couple remains: Was Jackie emotionally ready to take part in Love Is Blind? This may be one of the reasons why she and Marshall kept bumping heads. They say opposites attract, and that may be the reason Marshall and Jackie walked out of the pods as an engaged couple.

However, the honeymoon phase in their relationship was short-lived as Jackie’s family drama was brought to the forefront. While she remained tight-lipped about the problems she was dealing with while filming, she later opened up to Entertainment Weekly about what was going on in her life. 

"My father, he's sick," she told EW. "He has cancer, so I have to take care of him when I go home every weekend. I make sure that my parents are good, the bill is paid—my dad can't work no more. I have a lot of family stuff that I have to tend to. Family always comes first. And also, my brother being released from prison, it's like I have another person to take care of."

While it appears that Marshall is aware of what his fiancée was dealing with, he does his best to comfort her. There are moments when Marshall doesn’t know where he stands with Jackie. In Episode 8, “Pick Me,” Marshall and Jackie got into an explosive argument. Marshall said he felt disrespected when Jackie said he wasn’t “aggressive” enough and confessed that they weren’t intimate sexually. In turn, Marshall called Jackie “a project,” and said that his fiancée had a lot of things to learn about being in a healthy relationship. 

After hugging it out, they got into yet another tiff and arrived at Chelsea’s birthday party separately. While there, Jackie converses with Josh, a man she dated in the pods. Marshall confides in Brett that Jackie’s emotions are hot and cold, and he doesn’t know if she really loves him. 

Jackie and Marshall’s relationship is an uphill battle. Marshall is someone who is ready to settle down and do anything to make his partner happy. (He made Jackie a breakfast that consisted of pancakes with homemade strawberry compote.) However, Jackie seems to be looking for something different.

Earlier this week, a video surfaced of Jackie and Josh attending a baseball game together. It’s unclear whether or not they’re dating.

Chelsea and Kwame have what it takes to make the relationship work. Chelsea wears her heart on a sleeve and is direct about what she wants. While Kwame says he wants to be a married man, his comments throughout the show prove otherwise. The couple appeared to hit a rough patch in Episode 8 when they discussed plans for the future. Kwame seemed annoyed when he realized he would have to compromise and change his lifestyle. 

At one point, Kwame suggested that they should hold off on having kids, because they wouldn’t be able to travel a lot. He also revealed that he didn’t want to relocate to Seattle from Portland, Oregon, to be with his soon-to-be wife, despite the fact that he works remotely. 

Kwame has a lot of maturing to do if he wants things to work with Chelsea, who already has a good head on her shoulders. For starters, his flirtatious conversations with his ex Micah don’t help his case. It was uncomfortable to watch Kwame entertain Micah once again at his fiancée’s birthday party. 

Another negative factor looming over the couple is that Kwame’s mother doesn’t approve of his choice to be on Love Is Blind. Will they be able to get over all of their obstacles and eventually tie the knot? Only time will tell. 

To be honest, it’s difficult understanding Micah’s true intentions after fans witnessed her “mean girl” behavior toward other castmates. However, she and Paul are one of the less problematic couples. They have an easy way of communicating with each other, which is one of the key factors in a relationship. For example, Micah was glad when Paul explained to her that her best friend Irina was making a pass at him in Episode 6, “I Made a Mistake.” 

Micah also hit it off with Paul’s mother, and his mom was elated knowing that her son found a seemingly good person to spend his life with. 

There are a few red flags between Micah and Paul that are alarming. Micah continuously has flirtatious conversations with Kwame, whom she broke up with in the pods, about what could’ve been. She later told People after the show aired that she is naturally a flirtatious person.

"I think the way that I interact with people could come off as flirty, which I totally understand, but in reality, that's how I am. That's how I act," Miach explained. "I want to stay genuine to who I am. I'm not going to put on a show and be stiff. I was myself."

In Episode 8, Micah told Paul that he should care what her friends think about him after her friend Shelby blatantly expressed not liking Paul and said that she helped end Micah’s past relationships. “I’m 100% not with it,” Shelby told Micah of her newfound love.

To say that Zack and Bliss had a rocky start to their relationship would be an understatement. As viewers might recall, Zack was emotionally invested in both Irina and Bliss. However, he asked for Irina’s hand in marriage, explaining to Paul that he felt like she was a trustworthy person. After going to Mexico, Zack and Irina’s pod connection fell apart. Irina poked fun at the way Zack would stare at her and didn’t want Zack to touch her throughout the majority of the trip. She even made a pass at her best friend Micah’s fiancée, Paul, because she felt physically attracted to him. 

Before leaving Mexico, Irina and Zack both decided that they should call it quits. Upon returning to Seattle, Zack made it his mission to win Bliss over. They went on several dates and seemed instantly attracted to each other. And while Bliss admitted that she had a hard time trusting Zack after he broke her heart, she confessed that she still loves him. In a shocking turn of events in Episode 8, Zack proposed to Bliss, and she happily accepted. 

Zack and Bliss seem like a match made in heaven. They have similar interests and a shared sense of humor. In fact, if Zack hadn’t broken up with Bliss initially, they might’ve had the No. 1 spot.

Brett and Tiffany immediately hit it off in the pods and seem to prove that love might actually be blind. While their connection seemed invincible, they hit a rough patch in Episode 1, “Welcome to the Pods!” after Tiffany fell asleep during their date. Nonetheless, Brett chose to move past that and asked Tiffany for her hand in marriage. 

Life outside of the pods for the couple appeared to be going smoothly. Tiffany’s friends gushed about Brett. Their physical chemistry was just as strong as their emotional connection. A fan-favorite scene for the couple was Episode 7, “Second’s Time the Charm,” when Tiffany sees Brett’s apartment for the first time. She’s impressed by his organization and mentioned that his one-bedroom apartment might be tight for the both of them to live in after marriage. As a result, Brett offered to move to a different unit that has “two to three bedrooms” to accommodate his wife. It was at this point that viewers saw this couple was willing to make compromises in order to make each other happy.
