One of the biggest collective time wastes on the Internet, Tumblr curates and creates new content from the furthest corners of the Internet, concocting some of the oddest, wackiest, and, frankly, saddest blogs around the web. From grafting Nicolas Cage's face on to every Pokemon imaginable, to juxtaposing Miley Cyrus' now infamous VMA performance all over actual important world news, here are 10 Tumblrs that entirely make us lose our faith in humanity.

Literally Unbelievable
Hopefully, at this point, most people are aware that The Onion is not a legitimate news source, and rather, it's a heavily satirical version of current events. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case for everyone, as some people legitimately believe that anything they read is true. Literally Unbelievable compiles these sad, sad, posts, mostly in the form of Facebook threads, and puts them together so that we can all give a great big collective sigh for humanity.
Tumblr4Men
A Tumblr for men, by men, Tumblr4Mentakes the sad, depressing memes from around Tumblr and fills them with a test tube of testosterone. Some are funny, some are decently sexist, but when it comes down to it, all of them are opinions, that for better or worse, are held by many men. If we use Tumblr4Men as a way to reflect the male gaze, it's funny, sad, and most importantly, reminds us that we still have a long way to go in terms of interacting with our better halves.
Old People Facebook
There's nothing sadder than watching your parents, or god forbid, your grandparents, attempting to use Facebook. From tagging themselves in photos that they're just trying to view, to postings things meant for personal discussion on the wall's of fan pages, old people just shouldn't be on Facebook. Old People Writing on a Restaurant's Facebook Page makes this readily apparent, and really just makes you want everyone over 55 to get off Facebook and join a Canasta club to occupy their free time.
Hotties From History
While history is usually looked at in hindsight, Hotties From History takes a slightly different approach. Using history as a lens to look at hot bodies is not a problem in itself, but the wealth of sheer historical knowledge makes the whole thing seem a bit strange. It's hard to look at hot bodies when you're expected to learn about the person as well, and it's hard to learn when you're too busy staring at hot bodies. Still, the historian that put this Tumblr together did an admirable job, but it certainly says something about us that we need to look at hot people just to have the least bit of interest in history.
Gotta Cage 'Em All
It's been well documented that Internet nerdom has a perverse love affair with actor Nicholas Cage, but whether this is a genuine or ironic affair, we'll probably never know. Taking Nic Cage fandom to new heights by combining his likeness with Pokemon kind of hits a new low. But it's one we can't help but look at over and over again. Literally, his face has been etched on to every Pokemon in existence thanks to theGotta Cage 'Em All Tumblr. Be prepared, you'll never look at the much-scorned actor quite the same again.
OkCupid Enemies
A treasure trove for some of the least respectable personal profiles on the Internet,OkCupid Enemies shows off some of the worst submissions from the dating site. Ranging from rampant misspellings and grammar errors to outlandish claims, this Tumblr just makes you want to immediately delete all your dating profiles and never look for love on the Internet again.
Tebowing
The infamous nice guy quarterback, Tim Tebow's on-field antics created the phenomena of Tebowing: kneeling down in a prayer-like manner in an inappropriate place, which, in Tebow's case, is the football field. This Tumblr takes it a step further, recreating Tebowing in a variety of inappropriate places that include wedding receptions, and trails in Cuba, and Peru. Not only is this a completely ridiculous trend—that, admittedly, is pretty funny—but it's a bit disparaging to Tim Tebow himself, who really was just trying to be open with his faith in the field. Then he was cut by the Patriots. Poor dude can't get a break. Tebowing lasted longer than his career.
One Tiny Hand
The moon landing might have been one small step for man, but one tiny hand is a giant photo-altering leap for mankind. Taking both iconic photos and celebrities photos, and replacing someone's hand with a shrunken one in Photoshop really makes for a reality altering experience. From the now infamous Robin Thicke/Miley Cyrus VMA grind, to the iconic opening to Breaking Bad with Walter White's near suicide, One Tiny Hand proves that any moment can be completely changed by one small alteration.
Miley Twerking on Things We Should Talk About
An extremly creative juxtaposition of what we pay attention to versus what we need to be paying attention to, Miley Twerking on Things We Should Talk About shows us exactly why Miley Cyrus getting more play than what's going-on in the real world is problematic. It takes into account all of this, without making us feel too bad about ourselves, and letting us learn something in the process. Not bad, Tumblr, not bad.
Selifes At Serious Places
Calling out people who take pretty terrible selfies in iconic historical places, the Selfies at Serious Places Tumblr shows how disparate historical reverence is from modern day technology and instant gratification. Sometimes totally brilliant, sometimes just downright sad, Selfies at Serious Places shows off the worst that we have to offer, particularly when duckfacing in front of the Vietnam memorial.
