Mysterious villains, revelations from the past, secrets, insane cars, gunshots, vaguely threatening badass lines such as "you're a kite dancing in a hurricane, Mr. Bond," plus long, serious stares, and that classic score - there's a lot there for just a teaser in the first trailer for Spectre, the latest installment in the James Bond franchise (No. 24 to be exact).
Daniel Craig returns as 007, along with the additions of Christoph Waltz and Ralph Fiennes, in the film, coming out Nov. 7.
Collider has exclusive details on the opening chase scene: shot in Mexico City, it's got a Day of the Dead parade, a fight in a helicopter (duh), and over a thousand extras. The guy who flies the helicopter is the only stunt pilot in the world who's insured to do 360-degree flips, so it sounds like the production team is going all out.
One thing we didn't get a glimpse of in this trailer: this new bond girl or this really new bond girl.
