Former NFL player and hoverboard rider Terrell Owens is returning to TV, and this time (thankfully) not for a reality series.
The Andy Samberg-driven sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine is bringing in T.O. for a guest appearance on an episode featuring another firemen-versus-cops football game, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Owens, the, ahem, "outspoken" ex-wide receiver who is No. 3 all-time in career receiving TDs, will play himself alongside another former NFL player, Terry Crews, who plays Sgt. Terry Jeffords on the show.
Owens tweeted this pic from the set where he was hanging out with Crews today:
Season 2 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine premieres Sept. 28 on Fox. Obvious Child star Jenny Slate will guest star in that episode.
