Robert Dear, who police say shot and killed three people and wounded nine others at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic in late November, appeared in court today where he argued with his lawyer, basically admitted his guilt and had 18 screaming outbursts, according to the Daily News.

And at least one outburst directed at his court-appointed attorney, Daniel King, who also represented Colorado theater shooter James Holmes.
Dear faces 179 various charges in the shooting, including first-degree murder, for which he could receive life in prison or the death penalty if convicted.
