Is the world prepared for Khloe Kardashian, software developer?

According to a report on Business Insider, Khloe is heavily involved in bringing to life a new messaging app called Regroupd. She has even been vaguely Instagramming about it.

It's not clear exactly what the app does yet, but its creator, Cornell grad Lindsey Cummins, told the website "it's something that will basically reinvent messaging for everybody."

Despite that wildly ambitious goal, it sounds like the app does aim to solve a very real, very serious problem: people in group texts blowing up your phone with their side convos that have nothing to do with you.

"The inspiration behind Regroupd was my frustration with making decisions with large groups of friends via messaging. My friends are really talkative people, so there's a lot of clutter and side conversations going on, and needing to scroll through a million messages just to get answers was nearly impossible. So I just wanted to create a single place where you could get all that detailed information without needing to open up a bunch of different apps," Cummins said.

It's good to know that Ivy Leaguers and Kardashians are out there somewhere working together to solve the problems that really matter.
