It's definitely over between Piper and Larry, at least for the foreseeable future. Jason Biggs will not appear on Season 3 of Orange Is the New Black as Larry Bloom the journalist (former) fiancé of convict Piper Chapman.
Biggs was a major part of both Season 1 and Season 2 on the Netflix series, Variety reported.
But maybe it's not forever.
