UPDATED 3/21, 10:50 a.m.: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked Kutcher and Kunis on Twitter on Sunday, saying they “were among the first to respond to our grief.”

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher’s GoFundMe page, which is still accepting donations, has hit $34.9 million via 70,400 contributors.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have raised almost $35 million to help Ukraine amid Russia’s invasion.
The celebrity couple took to Instagram on Thursday to express their gratitude to fans for helping them reach the milestone.
“We just want to say that we hit our goal,” Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, said before Kutcher added that they’ve raised “over $30 million.” As of Friday morning, their GoFundMe page had reached over $34.4 million from 68,000 donations.
“Over 65,000 of you donated,” Mila continued. “We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the support. And while this is far from a solve of the problem, our collective effort will provide a softer landing for so many people as they forge ahead into their future of uncertainty.”
“Our work is not done,” Kutcher added. “We’re going to do everything we can to ensure the outpouring of love that came from you all as a part of this campaign finds the maximum impact for those in need. As funding continues to come in, we’re going to treat every dollar as if it’s being donated out of our pocket, with respect and honor for the work that went into earning it, with the intent of love through which it was given, and the desire for it to be maximized for positive outcome for others.”
In the clip’s caption, Kutcher confirmed the funds will continue to be sent to Flexport.org and Airbnb.org. As he explained in an Instagram post earlier this month, Flexport is organizing shipments of supplies to refugee sites in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Moldova, while Airbnb is providing free short-term housing for refugees fleeing Ukraine.
