On the Monday edition of his radio show The Daily Cannon, Nick Cannon admitted that he mixed up some of the personalized cards he made for the mothers of his12 children on Mother's Day.

"I tried my best, I really did," he shared with his co-hosts. "I thought it would be really, really good... to show people how you really feel―write it down. ... As I'm writing a handwritten message, I get the cards mixed up. So, when one baby mama reads the card about how I feel about the other baby mama. See, if I would just got some generic shit that everybody else got, that wouldn't have happened!"

Cannon has 12 children with six different mothers. The Wild n' Out host shares children with ex-wife Mariah Carey, Abby De La Rosa, Brittany Bell, Bre Tiesi, Alyssa Scott, and LaNisha Cole. He didn't specify who got the wrong Mother's Day cards, however. De La Rosa is one of the co-hosts of The Daily Cannon, and she seemed surprised by his Mother's Day blunder.

Last week, the 42-year-old told The Los Angeles Times that he is determined to beat the "deadbeat dad" accusations, and said he's tired of being "villainized" for having so many children. “Right now the narrative is, ‘He has a bunch of kids.’ But I’m really at a place now where I don’t care what people know,” he said. “I’d rather just operate. It’s more about really being a good person instead of telling people you’re a good person.”
