What, you guys didn't know that Jason Biggs was edgy?

The former pie-lover, current Orange Is the New Black star became the latest celebrity to make an offensive joke when he tweeted soon after news broke that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 had crashed:

Anyone wanna buy my Malaysian Airlines frequent flier miles?
In all seriousness, tho- HOW DO YOU MISTAKENLY SHOOT DOWN A COMMERCIAL PLANE?! Ugh.

Ha. Ha. Within seconds, Biggs had people tweeting back at him with varying levels of anger being like, hey, maybe wait a couple days before cracking a joke about a civilian airplane carrying 295 people getting shot down.

But the backlash only set off Biggs more, and his one bad joke quickly turned into a full-blown rant flush with self-righteousness:

It's saddest for the victims and their families, obviously. But Malaysia Airlines is apparently a GREAT airline. Gonna be tough to recover.
Hey all you "too soon" assholes- it's a fucking joke. You don't have to think it's funny, or even be on my twitter page at all.
The idea that I wouldnt have any empathy 4 the victims or their families because I make a joke is absolutely ridiculous. U know that, right?
Truly- you losers are literally trying to find shit to get angry about. Channel your issues elsewhere.
@Bobby_Blight: @JasonBiggs I'll be sure to laugh when u suffer a family tragedy.” Please do! I hope I can laugh during my family tragedy 2!
@JasonBiggs I cracked jokes the day my dad died, humor trumps tragedy. Ur recent tweets made me wanna follow u. Well done!
That last guy is the kind of person I want following me. All you other pussies please go back to being pussies. Thanks!

Biggs is currently retweeting anyone who takes his side so, don't expect to find any self-awareness over there. Remember the better days, when Jason Biggs would just hump pies and not bother anyone?
