Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell

For those of you who rent living spaces owned by Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, you won't have to pay rent next month. For those of you who don't, I'm not 100 percent sure why you clicked on this. Did you not see the thing about PornHub Premium being free?

TMZ says that the celebrity power couple are not charging rent for their L.A. buildings in April to help alleviate some of the financial stress for those impacted by the coronavirus. Note that many Californians are feeling cash-strapped due to the state imposing a "stay at home" order.

TMZ adds that Bell and Shepard's company (Pringus Property LLC) sent out emails to their tenants over the weekend informing them of the news. That company owns at least two residential buildings.

This message was said to have shown empathy for the people living there, while also giving encouragement. The manager for the company, reportedly Shepard's sister, has said that she'll work with residents as well as she can going forward due to the uncertain economic future presented by the pandemic.

Here's hoping your landlord, if you have one, does the same.

Additionally, Bell also made a considerable donation of $150,007.96 to No Kid Hungry, which is a charity that aims to feed the kids of families in need as schools are closed due to the virus' outbreak.
