Cardi's Album Struggles, Ferg Removed From 'New Freezer,' Lauryn Hill’s Classic | Everyday Struggle

On Thursday’s (Aug. 29) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks start off the show discussing Cardi B’s recent comments on Twitter regarding the struggles she endured during the recording process of her debut album ‘Invasion of Privacy.’ Soon after, the EDS trio weighs in on A$AP Ferg's recent revelation where he admits to DJ Whoo Kid interview that he was on the original version of Rich The Kid’s ‘New Freezer,’ but was removed because Kendrick Lamar reportedly wanted to be the only feature on the song. Afterwards, the squad goes down memory lane in their ‘This Week in Hip-Hop’ segment and revisit Lauryn Hill’s classic, debut album, ‘The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill’ and Kanye West’s 2015 VMAs acceptance speech where he declared to run for 2020 presidency. Later in the show, the crew highlights Doja Cat in their ‘Heat Check’ segment and soon after, the trio share their thoughts on Future giving a woman a false Popeye’s chicken sandwich. To conclude today’s episode, Ak, Wayno and Nadeska share their predictions on Lil Wayne’s next album  ‘Funeral,’ and try to dissect Eminem’s latest cryptic tweet.
