Disney and Pixar's latest blockbuster Toy Story 4 is set to hit theaters tomorrow (June 21), and the movie is on track to do remarkably well in its opening weekend. The Hollywood Reporter notes that the new Toy Story is expected to bring in somewhere between $150 million to $200 million at the domestic box office. Not only will this make it one of the biggest openings of all-time for an animated feature film, it will also make it one of the biggest box office debuts of the year.

Toy Story 4 will also be bolstered by a worldwide launch in other important markets, including big money-maker China. Toy Story 3, which arrived all the way back in June 2010, opened to an impressive $110 million, and eventually grossed over $1 billion worldwide. If Toy Story 4 reaches its expected figure, it could nearly double the debut of its predecessor.

The film has already proved to be a hit with critics, garnering an impressive 98% on Rotten Tomatoes. Toy Story 4 looks to continue the trend of Disney's dominance throughout the year, with Avengers: EndgameCaptain Marvel, and Aladdin the top three highest performing releases of 2019 so far.

While Toy Story will dominate the box office over the weekend, the Aubrey Plaza-starring Child's Play reboot is expected to bring in a respectable $16 to $18 million over the weekend. The Helen Mirren, Luke Evans, and Sasha Luss thriller Anna will likely arrive to a tepid $4 million opening. Anna was postponed last year after Sand Van Roy and other unnamed actresses accused director Luc Besson of rape.
