Because surely nothing more pressing is going on in 2019 Shamerica, let's talk about Kim Kardashian on Thursday's Tonight Show.
Of note is a brief discussion on the backstory for those recently enjoyed Kid Cudi birthday snaps featuring Kanye West, Pete Davidson, and Celine leather trousers champion Timothée Chalamet. You know the ones:
"It was Kid Cudi's birthday, and we went to Nobu and when I got there I realized it was, like, a guys' dinner," Kardashian told host and recent Olive Garden convert Jimmy Fallon starting about 30 seconds into the clip up top. "So I was like, OK. I honestly . . . posted this and I didn't even tag anyone. I got more DMs from my friends—from my gay friends, from my straight friends, everyone—asking me about Timothée and Pete."
Ultimately, she decided to just hang back. "It was just such a fun night," she added. "Everyone just had such a good time. The vibe was so good and I didn't wanna ruin it so I sat in the corner and just documented it for them. I was playing Word Connect on my phone and letting them have their, like, guy time."
One good thing to come from the interview is a bit about the recently freed Alice Marie Johnson and criminal justice reform in general, though it could very easily be argued that Kardashian is giving Trump way too much credit for the act, given that he deserves none. There were also words spoken about Kylie/Travis Scott engagement and second baby rumors, as well as some fragrance hawking.
Speaking of Trump, West's continued dalliances with red hat dummies is seemingly going to be a topic explored when Keeping Up with the Kardashians returns next month:
