Young Dolph Lied About Being Indie? Boogie's Debut Album, Cole Bennett's Impact | Everyday Struggle

On Thursday’s (Jan. 31) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeksa, Wayno and DJ Akademiks open up the show discussing Young Dolph’s current record label issues. According Dolph, who has always pushed himself as an independent artist, the Memphis rapper signed two deals back in 2018. He also revealed in his series of tweets that he’s ready to leak his next album due to the troubles, and regrets signing to the label, which has yet to be mentioned by Dolph. Later in the episode, the EDS trio puts the spotlight on Compton rapper, Boogie, in the segment ‘Heat Check.’ The crew shares their thoughts of the highly skilled West Coast rapper, and also give their take on Boogie’s debut album, ‘Everythings for Sale,’ which released last Fri. (Jan. 25) under Interscope/Shady Records. The squad then shifts their attention to the latest news involving incarcerated rapper 6ix9ine, and share their latest take on the Don Q vs. Tory Lanez rap challenge. To close out the show, Everyday Struggle answers fan questions regarding the generational gap in hip-hop, Cole Bennett’s impact and J. Cole’s best guest feature.
