Top Boy star and So Solid Crew legend Ashley Walters has turned to Twitter to ask fans to submit their UK garage memories from the 1990s, for a brand new television show he's working on.

In partnership with SLNDA, Walters has opened up the site for submissions, asking about "record stores, mad nights out, pirate radio" and any other crazy stories from that time period with an emphasis on "detail, detail, detail, the more the better!"

There is a note on the site that reads: "Please note that we're not looking for writers or story submissions at this time, and any submissions or applications will be discarded." So it is strictly about memories an anecdotes at this point, as Walters seeks to make it as authentic as possible.

You can submit your memories here.

I'm developing a TV show set around the garage scene in the 90's. I wanna hear memories about the scene - record stores, mad nights out, pirate radio, which of you broke all the rules to be a part of it? We wanna know it all!
