Katt Williams finds himself facing legal trouble once again months after being arrested for getting into a fight with a teen which was caught on video and, in a separate incident a month later, allegedly throwing a salt shaker at a restaurant manager's head. TMZ reported on Thursday that Williams' former personal assistant is suing for $1 million in damages, alleging the funnyman knocked her unconscious.

According to TMZ, in the lawsuit Angela Triplett-Hill says she was a personal assistant for Williams on a Los Angeles movie set in 2014 when the alleged assault happened. Williams' attack was reportedly spurred when Triplett-Hill took a phone call, leading Williams to lunge at her before ordering her to get into a van. He then yanked the phone from her hands, throwing it inside the van.

Williams called her a "bitch," TMZ said, citing documents it obtained. He grew angrier when Triplett-Hill told him he was "better than that." She said the comedian then began "violently striking" her face and slammed her to the ground, knocking her unconscious. Triplett-Hill was reportedly hospitalized for three days.

She's suing for alleged battery and assault, reported The Wrap.

Williams was most recently charged with misdemeanor battery over a July 24 incident in which he got into an altercation with a woman working at a Los Angeles restaurant.

Complex reached out to Williams' camp for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
