A Florida (of course) woman was arrested for flinging a hamburger at her boyfriend over the weekend, authorities say.
The Smoking Gun reports that Rykihia Moore, 27, got into a verbal confrontation with Mario Thornton at a home in Clearwater, Fla. on Saturday. Moore, who the Smoking Gun says has been dating Thornton for a year, reportedly accused him of cheating on her. At the height of the debate, Moore apparently hurled the burger at Thornton, hitting him in the eye.
During questioning, Moore admitted to the allegations and was subsequently arrested and charged with simple battery dating violence. Furthermore, this marks the second time in a week that someone from the glorious state of Florida has used food as a weapon and paid the price.
