On this sad day, less than 24 hours after Robin Williams died from an apparent suicide, his fans might take a little solace in this clip from a 2001 Inside the Actors Studio interview.

Host James Lipton, as he so often does, asks Williams about the afterlife and namely, what the actor's hopes for heaven are. Williams' response is all too fitting, a mix of serious contemplation and humor. "There's seating near the front," Williams cracks. "The concert begins at five, there'd be Mozart, Elvis, and one of your choosing."

"Or it'd just be nice, if heaven exists, to know that there's laughter, that would be a great thing," the actor continues. "Just to hear God go, 'Two Jews walk into a bar...'"

Rest in peace, Robin.
