A hero with a shovel has made it out of the world of publicly funded games on Kickstarter to land later this month as Shovel Knight.
Players control a character in a Castlevania-type game armed with only his trusty shovel and horned hat. Players will be digging up treasures and taking down enemies with well-placed thwacks.
Shovel Knight scoops his way onto Nintendo 3DS, Wii U and Windows PC via Steam on June 26.
