Two Atlanta men caught a massive, 884-pound fish during a father-son bonding trip in Canada.

WSBTV reports that Paul Jarvis, 19, caught the white sturgeon while fishing with his father, Ron, on the Fraser River in Chilliwack, British Columbia last Thursday. Jarvis, who said he was astonished at the fish's weight and power, battled it along with his father for over an hour.

"I am a big guy, and I could barely hold on to the rod let alone begin to reel the fish," he told WSBTV.

They released the fish roughly an hour later after it was tagged.
