Not completely sold on the idea of a 24-hour cupcake ATM? Perhaps a pizza vending machine is more of your thing.
Let's Pizza, the work of Claudio Torghele, are a series of machines originally designed and manufactured in Northern Italy. They allow hungry customers to select from up to four kinds of pizzas, then allows them to watch as they're made and baked in roughly two-and-a-half minutes.
You're obviously not going to get the best pizza in the world from a vending machine, but Let's Pizza is hoping that sheer novelty will make this popular. Perhaps that popularity will take them to the U.S., or perhaps "out of a vending machine" is one of the many ways you should never, ever eat pizza.
