Essence Magazine's white managing editor Michael Bullerdick (real name, no gimmick) was removed from his position at the storied Black woman's magazine after it came to light that his Facebook page, which was private, contained political views that were viewed as offensive. One posting was a cartoon which called Reverend Al Sharpton a "MSNBC Race Pimp". Another referred to President Barack Obama as a radical. The company released a statement saying, "By mutual agreement, Michael has accepted a position in another division."
